Send money from an Western Union location

STEP 1: Identify Yourself

- Present a valid ID to the operator. 
- NB: ID  Accepted:
- All Passport
- ID Card, Swiss  and EU
- Driving licence
- Swiss Resident permit: C, B, L, N, F, G, Ci
- Diplomatic card
- Another document issued from Swiss authority, provided with photo, the date of birth, nationality.

STEP 2: Provide the required information to the operator 
 
Indicate precisely the following information to the operator (oral or written):
    -Destination Country
    -Payout currency
    -Receiver’s  First and Last Names
NB: Initially make sure that you know the correct writing of the receiver’s  first and last name. 

STEP 3: Present Payment 

Give the cash to the operator and verify if the information is correctly typed. Sign the receipt that the Agent gives you and you will get a copy.

STEP 4: Communicate the MTCN to the receiver  

Communicate to your receiver the MTCN, to be found on your receipt.
NB: For safety reasons NEVER give the MTCN to a strange.

This allows you to track the status of your money transfer online.
